At the Pond just before Dawn

Photo of the Day 72/365

I took this photo earlier in the season. I had to stop and had to get this photo. As I recall, the sky didn't look all that impressive when I started to work, but becamse more and more beautiful as I went. I needed to take the shot - as I left, the sky went to gray again and the colors were gone. I should mention that it only takes me about 7 minutes to get to work, so this sky was there for a brief moment of time - always stop and see the beauty - it may not last.

All Manner of Peppers

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Thursday Colors: Sometimes, you just see something and have to grab a photo. That seems to be the way it rolls for me. I just was these peppers on the counter and between the window light and the overhead lights, I saw the colors and had to make this photo. There is, in my life, the serendipity of photography and this was an example - but a colorful example.
