Crazy Clouds after Sunset Photo of the Day 127/365 This photo was just seen by chance. I got home from my martial arts class quite some time after sunset. I had to stop to pick up dinner on the way home.  When I got home, I looked over my shoulder and saw these clouds from the end of my driveway. I did my best to capture what I saw. I only got two shots before the darkness took over, but I'm glad I got what I did.

Soft Spring Sunset Sky Photo of the Day 126/365 I looked out last evening, in hopes of a sunset, but the clouds indicated that there would not br one. I went out anyway and decided on a slightly different path than normal because the season is moving on. This sky greeted me. It didn't have the desired bright orange and gold sky, but it did have some oranges, but it also had wispy clouds and some dark blue as the evening came on.

Burnished Sunset Sky and Hills Photo of the Day 125/365 I took this photo this past weekend. I wanted to capture the sky beside the setting sun. The ripples in the clouds were neat under the blue above the clouds. It was a cool, breezy walk, and I liked looking across the fields to see the sky beyond the bright, setting sun.

Sunset through the Neighbor's Tree Photo of the Day 124/365 I went out last evening, just before sunset to try to do my normal activity and catch a sunset. When I got to the end of our driveway, I noticed the setting sun coming across the street through the neighbor's tree. I stopped and used a fence rail, to take this shot. I'm very pleased with this - no edits needed and it captured exactly what I saw.

A Hole in the Clouds at Sunset Photo of the Day 122/365 We had on-and-off rain during most of the afternoon, so I had little hope for a sunset. However, as the time approached, I saw that there was a brightening in the sky and a bit of color. I decided to go for my normal "sunset walk", and to see what I could capture. Initially, the sun came through the hole in the clouds, but after it went behind, this view came to be, and I was lucky enough to capture it.
