Like Wings in the Clouds

I recall a comment on one of my photos that someone saw wings in the clouds on one of my social media accounts. I was going through my old photos and I noticed this one. I had taken it on one of my older phones and it had potential. I removed some bad color cast and fixed the brighness and voila - what I think looks like wings in the clouds.

Saturday Nature: I took this photo at a local lake which is called "Children's Lake". It is a nice place to see waterfowl and has a nice path most of the way around it. The town is full of cute (albeit expensive) homes, and it just a nice place to walk around. There are plenty of places to people-watch - but I prefer to see the animals - they are safe there and don't always leave when approached with a camera.

Red Tinged Clouds over the Trees Photo of the Day 345/366 I took the photo last week on the way home. It was a wonderful sunset sky and I couldn't pass up taking a number of shots while it was available. These clouds with the red edges from the setting sun were a wonderful sight over these trees just behind the rolling field in the foreground. A nice evening sky for sure.

    Photo of the Day 307/365  Autumn Colors on Display by the Creek This photo was taken last weekend on our mini-vacation. We were on our way home and happened to find a pull-off - in the rain - and I took some photos by this creek. The colors just seemed to pop in the damp drizzly weather but the camera couldn't quite capture the bright colors. I didn't want to over-edit it but this is close to what I experienced that moment.

Tracks into the Sunset Photo of the Day 342/366 This photo was taken last evening on the way home from work. I took a number of photos and could not quite get the sun peeking through  the clouds. This is the closest I got. I love the colors in the sky and the reflections in the railroad tracks. I've taken this scene before, but it always makes me think of life moving on and on, rolling into the sunset of life - as I get older, those thoughts become more frequent.
