Sunset Glow and Layers of Hills
Photo of the Day 173/365
I just love how the glow of the setting sun offset the layers of the hills in this photo. While this actual photo was taken more than 15 years ago - it could have been last night. The glow in the sky was identical to last evening. I'm not sure if it's smoke in the atmostphere or not, but there are few clouds and an orange glow. I couldn't get out far to get a better photo so the archives had to do.

Sunday Monochrome: This photo was truly an experiment. Last evening, there were few clouds with the warm, setting sun and I didn't have the time to drive anywhere (I didn't plan for it). So, I tried to use my app FirstLight to try a capture in black and white and force the contrast and voila, I got some of the wispy clouds to appear.
