Cold Windy Afternoon Across the Field
Photo of the Day 15/365
This photo was taken perhaps a week ago while my wife and I were driving about. She had decided to take "the long way" and travel some back roads. I saw some scenes with "wide open spaces" in them and tried to grab a few shots. The air was cold and the wind was blowing. I took this from inside my car as my wife slowed down. If this had been a warmer day, I'd have asked her to stop in a driveway so I could take more photos.

Gray Day Outside the Window
Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge
Thursday Fill-the-Frame: This photo was taken from my archives. I believe it was taken at a historical site we visited on a late fall day. The goal was to see the historic site and not need beautiful weather. What I specifically remember is trying to get the window straight and show the "old-timey" feel of the place. The gray day outdoors helped (I thought) with the mood.
