Morning Sun through the Trees
Photo of the Day 32/365
My wife and I were going out to breakfast yesterday morning, before she was to drop me off at my son's home. We have to currently take a detour to get to the day's favored breakfast diner. On the detour, I notied the sun trying to break through the heavy blanket of clouds. She was driving so I shot what I could. I managed this shot, which I thought was pretty cool for a "drive-by" shot. I think the trees are sharp and the colors really represent what I saw.

Lighting the Way in the Snow
Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge
Sunday Monochrome: This photo was taken a number of years ago at our previous home. I decided to venture out in the snow at night and take a view night shots. Our sidewalk lights in the snow were good candidates - at the time, we did not shovel the "front walk" so the snow was still there. These lights are still at the home and still lighting the way - years later.
