Afternoon Sky over a Cold Snowy Field
Photo of the Day 37/365
This photo was taken some years ago. We were out on a winter jaunt, just driving around our local area, near to our previous home. We were in a valley that my wife knew but I hadn't seen before. I asked her (as always) to slow down, if there was not traffic behind us. She obliged and I was able to get a couple of shots before there was a car coming behind us. Like it is now, it was a COLD WINDY day - but with a little less snow than now.

Friday Nature: This photo was taken some time ago at a nearby lake. I took it on a day when I had a few extra minutes when leaving for work. I miss those days, but with retirement looming (in about 7 weeks), perhaps I can get back to getting out there and taking photos with little pressure.
