Sunset Glow over the Hills and Trees
Photo of th eDay 40/365
I took this photo a few days ago while out on a drive. The weather tonight looks very similar. The snow hasn't melted much, but it appears that it is evaporating. The glow of sunset hangs over the seeming ocean of white ice and snow and the cold is bone-chilling. They say it'll break sometime this week. We'll see and, in reality, we'll take whatever comes.

Monday Free-Choice: This photo is a memory photo for me. My wife had bought me entrance in to a phot-tour in Maine with one of my fave photographers. We had traveled to Cutler to get a boat out, the next day, to photograph puffins the next day. This was at our first stop to get dinner. The weather was very cool for June, but was just wonderful. This photo was on our way to the restaurant that evening.
